If you are looking for a quick and effective way to collect student data, you have come to the right place! These easy worksheets are common core aligned for grades 9-12, utilizing the English/Language Arts standards. In each handout the students will evaluate their understanding and ability to apply the common core standards, as well as perform a brief self-reflection on their work habits.
 
This files contains a PDF so that you may print and go or you may edit each worksheet to suit the needs of you and your students. While each and every standard is covered within, you may decide that a different combination works best in your classroom. 
 
*Teaching Tip: I like using the worksheets, but I also enjoy having the documents available online. In my own classroom I accomplish this task by copy/pasting the questions into an Edmodo Quiz or a Google Form. Then, I have all of the student results in one place and there are no papers to fuss with later.
